Parametric Cable Clamp

This is the parametric version of my cable clamp (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:87452)

Parameters are:
clamp_dia (inner diameter)
clamp_height (height of the clamp)
clamp_wall (wall thickness)
handle_angle (angle of the handles)
