This is a mathematically specified ghost. By changing parameters in the customizer, you can change the shape and other properties of the model.
The default setting produces a thin-walled model which will print relatively fast. It will print without support, just make sure the first layer sticks on the build plate.
Optionally, you can instead generate a filled model. For a filled model, you can use a low infill.
