Parametric setup block with chamfers

This takes the Parametric Setup Block from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3749463 and adds chamfers on the edges and holes.

A pair of 1-2-3 blocks are very helpful in a shop for supporting things in a shop. They are often used as parallels or a quick fixture elements.
