This customizable hub can be used for the [Auto-Rewind Spool Holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3200204) if the normal one does not fit your bearings or spool.
Update Nov 9, 2018: Spool diameter can now be customized. A rim is created which matches the spring diameter, so that it can still be taped together.
