25.05.2026 Update: Code Optimization for the Configurator I have updated the backend code to reduce the "Request timeout" error in the MakerWorld Customizer. Calculations should now run a bit more stable than before. However, the error might still occur with extreme values due to MakerWorld's server limits. Please use this updated version for your customizations! NOTE ON THE PARAMETRIC CONFIGURATOR: MakerWorld quickly cancels calculations with a Request timeout if the values get too complex. I have optimized the model to make it run a bit more stable, but unfortunately, the issue is not completely gone. If you still encounter the error: Change one parameter at a time: Do not change all values in a bulk at once. Let the page load after each individual change. Change your values in smaller steps.
