Park sensor block out plug. Found these online for various prices. 8 to 14 dollars each.
made these generic to fit any Mercedes bumper. just secure in bumper whatever method you like. silicone, epoxy, tape, glue.
bought a used replacement bumper but it had the park sensor holes. and the car being repaired didn't have this system. Thus instead of using actual park sensors or buying the block out. cheaper and easier to print my own.
*Added pictures of pieces after painted and installed.
