Parking indicator

Small gadget to clip to the HEQ5 mount using the 3 holes below the Dec setting circle, it lets me see when the weights are down and centred, I had to rotate the scope shoe to line up the holes to the 0 arrow on the mount, then this clips on with a spirit level attached and it should ensure that after balancing the scope I can get everything to a pretty accurate/repeatable parked position.

re-worked since the original version didn't slice well in cura, added a heavy duty version of the base clip
