Found yourself with a broken release button on your PC4-M6 PTFE connector? Before you toss it away, here is the 3D-printed fix! I designed this replacement button specifically to repair damaged pneumatic fittings without needing to replace the whole part.💡 Printing TipsRecommended Material: Use PA (Nylon) only. Its superior layer adhesion and mechanical toughness make it the best choice for this functional part.⚠️ Warning: Avoid using PLA, PETG, or ASA. I have already tested them, and they tend to snap easily due to the mechanical stress. Nylon is the way to go for a long-lasting repair.🛠 Assembly NoteIf the PTFE tube doesn't slide through the hole easily due to filament tolerances:Hold the button firmly with a pair of pliers (do not hold it with your bare hands to avoid injury!).Gently clear/enlarge the hole using a 4mm drill bit—a tool every maker surely has close by! :DI hope this helps you save some hardware!
