PCB Printing

This Thing is more a proof a concept than an actual thing.

Using LCD/DLP resin printer, a 1-layer thin PCB layout is printed on a copper plate, later etched into a functional PCB. The PCB layout needs a few format hopping (PDF>DWG>STL)

Advantage: Fast (time to print one layer), minimum modification to the printer (copper plate is double tapped to the printing bed and leveled) and material (no photosensitive ink needed).

Limitation: Suitable for standard track width but thin tracks may overlap. The layer of resin will warp if it shrinks, depending on resin and curing method used.
