This is the pumped counterflow virtual impactor (PCVI).
It has the slanted inlet and a distance of 1.5mm between nozzle and stagnation plane.
There are two .stl files available.
One in normal resolution and one in very high resolution.
Both files are also avilable as .form files for users of Formlabs printers.
