Just helpin someone out on reddit. Image > SVG > 3D model.
Included the svg file so it could be uploaded to fusion and extruded however the user intended.

First STL is a cookie cutter-ish. Base color is 1mm thick and each color change is .6mm after. 5 colors total.
Second STL is similar but the outline is recessed and each color is .6mm from the start.
