Pen (Easy Print)

Easy printable 3d pen. I included files with the supports already done. All you have to do is set the printer at 0.2mm layer heights, slice, and print. The "Easy Print" prints flat. The "Fluted Print" needs to be print upright but this is not a problem since I did the supports.

Use a M3x10 screw for bolt. Recommend you pre-thread the clicker/bolt to prevent cracking along layer lines. Screw in M3 screw half a turn at a time and screw back/forth multiple times every step (repeat until all the way in). Or use a thread tap.

The bolt action has a small support that needs to be cleaned out if you use the files with supports. Don't forget to clean it out using an M3 bolt or other tool.

Provide you own ink refill, M3 screw, and spring. Just cannibalize an old pen for parts.

If you need to fine tune for your refill then add an M3 screw to the tip of the clicker and screw in/out M3 screw to adjust length.
