Makes
~50% gyroid infill
.2 layer Height
.4mm nozzle
No Supports
High Durometer TPU recommended for arms (PLA flies wonderfully but is much too brittle)
PLA recommended for End Caps and Stack Plate (due to shape and location, TPU not necessary and I prefer the added rigidity of PLA)
All holes for M2 screws meant to be taken to final size with drill
Rear End Cap and Stack Plate meant to be glued or plasti-welded together before feeding battery wires through
Designed around 21700 batteries and utilizes their rigidity to great effect
These batteries and an emphasis on minimal files to print and easy assembly were core tenets to design
https://a.co/d/5nQ0b04
Used/designed with ^ these battery springs/plates (recommend springs on removable cap side for ease of assembly)
26mmx26mm Whoop mounting pattern
ESCs should be rated for ~15 amps min
Motors should be in the ranges of 1202.5 - 1404 and 5000kv - 6000kv
3.5" Bi-Blade propellers
With "Whoop" or "Toothpick" components, should come in well
