Some connectable tunnels for an extra long ribbon cable for a raspberry pi camera.
Plan is to make a rigid channel under my ender3 bed, and then somehow connect a cable chain guard the rest of the way to the Pi
v0 - Failure. The joints (i dont know the term for the peg and the hole) is weak. I printed at 10% infill so that might be the problem. The pegs fit very tightly. After dry fitting them, i broke several pegs off trying to disassemble. Also the shear lenght of the tunnel, causes torque if you dont handle it carefully, snapping pegs. I am planning on CA glueing this togethor and seeing how it holds. Maybe using some scrap raft/supports from other prints to at support.
v1 - Failure. I am going to revisit this , and either make it so the joins slide into each other (like shop vac accessories) or flare the ends out sideways, and then add holes for m2/m3 bolts/screws. Ribbon pushed through, but too thick for where i wanted it.
v0b - Mostly1 had brilliant idea of just
