I originally made this many, many years ago and have always forgotten to upload it for everyone. Finally changed out my old Pi Zero (specifically the OrangePi Zero but the form-factor is identical) to a newer model. Hopefully this can still be of use to someone. As you can see from my real-photos, there are a few minor updates to the design I've uploaded for you. It's designed and flow-tested to have a minor passive cooling effect, but if you are really heating things up you may want to consider another case design with a fan.

There are two areas that will be rough without printing minor supports: the SD and USB cutouts, but if you aren't concerned with a highly polished finish then you don't need to use supports at all. The one I've used for years was printed without support.

There are mounting pins as well as passive restraints for the Pi Zero, and the lid's tolerance makes the case fit snugly into place without the use of any screws.
