I've been struggling to find a good PiCam mount to my Ender 3 without using the z-axis, which makes it havier. So I came across these 2 files: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4138414 (by maxdeangelis) and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3014982 (by PLG_Design).
