Pico Controller

Pico Controller is casing for github project [PicoController](https://github.com/psp515/PicoController/tree/main)

Pack contains 3 files:
- base - where is mounter raspberry pi pico, cable holders, and Threaded terminal strip 1.5mm2 LPA12-1.5 (double)
- Holder -designed for m2 screw - this is optional if use use threaded teminal strip
- Top - just covers base

This is version v.0.0.1.
