PicoTracker case

I've reworked the bezel and case a bit to make it thinner as I felt it was a bit bulkier than it needed to be. The design originates from the original you can find at https://github.com/democloid/picoTrackerPortable-case

Supports needed for the bezel, printed the right way up. Otherwise a simple plug and play print.
