Pipe Pull Cutter

This is a pull cutter for soft vinyl tubing - slicing the tube lengthwise along one side so that it can be opened for easy placement around wire. it accepts 10 mm tubing with an internal diameter of 6.5 mm. The specific tubing I use is readily available on Amazon and elsewhere in large spools for regular use - links in notes.
