PLA rocket remix

The original rocket design was just too cool to pass up. A summary of the many comments was that there were five things wrong with the original:

1. The CP and CG were wrong and the rocket tumbled on launch
2. The cargo bay was not big enough to hold a chute comfortably
3. The rail guide hole was too small for normal launch stands.
4. The fins were too small for stable flight
5. The nose cone was too loose

So...

1. I extended the cargo bay by 50% and that corrected the CP/CG mismatch
2. The extended cargo bay now carries a 12" Estes chute comfortably
3. I removed the rail guide and glued on my own design which fits a 1/8" rod. If you want the lugs to fit a 3/16 then drill them out with a 13/64 drill (easy to do)
4. The correction of the CG meant the fins didn't need to be enlarged.
5. While extending the bay, I made the top a little narrower and now the nose fits. I made it tight so variations in printers won't mean much. You may have to sand the inside of the tube t
