Planter4

The idea for this design came from a posting about how to cut grooves in a 3D surface. The poster said it was for some sort of planter for house plants, but there were no details. At any rate I was able to make use if the basic technique for this design.

This particular design is the 4th one I made; the previous 3 looked good on screen but wouldn't print well because they had enough outward curvature to make the groove's top surfaces unprintable without supports. I'm still working on ways to deal with this so I may come up with a couple more designs using this technique.
