Plastic scraper V2

I really liked the idea of the scraper that BuildTestBuild remixed from IceCreamCoffeeV & RotorGator, but it wouldn't fit the blades I had easy access to. Adjust the Z only if need to fit handle better, every printer seems slightly different.And then the scraper that user_2095891207 created seemed to work well for a tool free option that fit the blades I have, so I took the parts that worked with them all and created this.
