I found that my rubber bands were failing (cause they were old) on the sharp edge of the plate, so I have added a fillet around the curve to remove the sharp edges..

So I got home from work, and printed this, and the fillet wasn't very evident at .20mm layer height, so I have done a new version to improve on that
