Plier protection cap - improved version

This is a (hopefully) improved version of my protective cap for the small blue pliers that many of us use. In contrast to the original version, I have increased the pulling resistance slightly. This means that the cap is a little harder to push onto the pliers and a little harder to remove again. The reason for the change is that after a while, the cap on the original version no longer holds so well.I hope this is useful not only for me, but also for someone else. The cap is designed so that it has as little play as possible on the pliers.
