It is a sandpaper holder design for sharpening Creality Ender 3 pliers.
You can use that sandpaper template for cutting the sandpaper as roughly accurate size and you can calibrate it as you wish.
You can resize it and make it useful for any special tool. Standart width of sandpaper holding surface is 10 mm.
