Plug follower solid

This is a modification of the plug follower designed by craig (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6762). All commercial plug follower designs I've seen have been hollow in the middle, this makes it a lot harder to use them for placing springs and top pins. Diameter is 12.6mm which will fit with most Australian locks.
