I couldn't find a spool holder that didn't require extra hardware beyond the bearings, so I made one myself. This holder is made for Polymaker's 5kg spools.
Required hardware:
8x 608sr extended bearings
I used a set of worn out zealous builtin bearings from my Longboard, but you can probably find something cheaper. The design is made to support the builtin spacer so that there's less stress on the pins, but you might be able to make it work with normal skate bearings.
