No, it's not a table for dogs (necessarily), but is an attempt to model the world famous Pooch Table as seen on the 3D Printing Nerd's YouTube channel video at https://youtu.be/rtysTomiP1c
Not truly scaled to the fabulous original built by Alan "Pooch" Puccinelli of https://www.repkord.com -- just an approximation/guess due to a lack of dimensional information. Unrealistically, this model has straight legs, while the original has slightly skewed legs.
The original full-size Pooch Table survived while supporting two, count 'em, two Prusa Minis printing 3D Benchys and shared use of the RepBox filament dispenser system (also made by Pooch, but of a higher quality than the table), along with 7 other printers (11 extruders total) also printing benchys from the same RepBox.
