Pool Skimmer Flapper

This goes in the skimmer and floats to a vertical position when the pumps shut off to keep debris from floating back out into the pool. It attached to a plastic housing that is mounted in the concrete in the ground.

My pool was built about 15 years ago and I was unable to find a matching part anywhere. The old part was cracked and would not float and the hooks to hold in in place were worn out.

The print worked perfectly. Printed in Zentoolworks natural ABS with 3 shells all around and 10% honeycomb infill so that the thicker end would float...

This is by far the largest flat surface I have ever even attempted to print. 210x130mm.
