Pool Skimmer

I wanted a pool skimmer that was affordable and easy to remove. I made this adapter that snaps/threads onto existing pool out. The pipe is same size as standard (US) sink pipe. An elbow is attached to adapter as well as a short piece of pipe. The skimmer portion is made from a milk jug. Since the milk jug floats, I can adjust for water level by sliding a clamp up and down.
