Pressure Fit Spool Holder

# Overview
I wanted to create a better spool holder. One that allows no random rotation and applies a constant but light force against rotation to have a smooth and continuous roll. I found one online that was all metal and looked pretty nice, but it was $40 (USD) and was something that could easily be designed and printed for much less. So here is what I came up with. I hope you all enjoy it. :)

This can accommodate rolls of filament with an inner diameter from 40mm to 90mm.

**Update 08/21/2021**: Updated the riser to have more material in the center which drastically reduced bending of the riser.
