Print position optimized Tacx Trainer shift lever

Once a year, when the days get shorter and it gets wet and cold outside, I think it's a good idea to get my Tacx out of the corner and go for a ride or two indoors. And once a year I break off the lever. This year I decided not to simply print the lever but to make one myself with a “better” print position. I hope it won't break again. And here it is....
