PROFASTER (french acronym for sterilizable face shield) is a face shield system designed to be fast to print (14'), while offering forehead protection and still being easily made by several means :

- 3D printing, be it FDM, SLS, MJF, ... ;
- laser cutting ;
- CNC cutting.

PROFASTER is one of the lightest and fastest face shield to produce and assemble, at 14' printing time on a 0.4 mm nozzle, for 5 grams and max 60 seconds full assembly.

The design of PROFASTER has been created based on precise statistical data of head measurements (dimensions, outlines, shape). It is therefore comfortable to we
