Basically I took the original model, saw some flaws and things that could be improved a little and did just that.

* Back of the head has holes to reduce weight and reduce the amount of material
* Added a Optional side bar that allows the head to fit in bigger heads
* Holes for mounting the main head part to the back of the head using screws
* Side fins are now separated part that can be printed separated and allows the model to fit in smaller 3d printers
* Included a blank side fin, that makes easier to modify for your own design
* Clips to attach the back of the head to the front
* Holes for m4 screw to attach the side fins.
* New (but compatible) side led slots that can fit a led strip instead of a led matrix
