Welcome to the majestic world of the Psychedelic Baroque Egg: its pastel spirals look like they came from a cotton-candy lab run by a baroque architect on questionable substances. It’s elegant, smooth, and curvy… basically the opposite of how Elon Musk wakes up in the morning. Print it in white, admire it, pet it (no judgment), and then turn it into a masterpiece with acrylics. It’s the kind of object you can place on your table and proudly say, “I made this,” while guests nod pretending they understand contemporary art. 🖨 Print settings Layer height: 0.20 mm (surgical precision, no medical degree required) Infill: 5% lightning (emptier than most political promises) Supports: none (finally something that doesn’t need emotional support) Brim: not needed (just like 90% of YouTube tutorials) Print time: 1 hour per 5 cm (perfect time to rethink your life choices) Material used: ~6 g PLA (less than an influencer’s ego) Plate: cold plate (cold like your relatives’ judgment at Christmas) 🎨 Painting techniques 1. Matte white base Titanium white acrylic. Two thin coats. Smooth and uniform, like Jeff Bezos’ forehead after botox. 2. Pastel spirals Soft pink, cream yellow, baby blue. Fine, soft brush. Follow the raised spirals like you’re tracing your remaining sanity. 3. Soft shading Mix color + white. Light gradients on the edges. Final effect: “I’m an artist,” even if you’re absolutely not. 4. Finish Matte spray varnish. Two quick passes. Result: Scandinavian design with a touch of madness. Now it’s your turn: print, paint, create. And if someone criticizes you, remind them that even Picasso started with weird shapes… yours just happen to look better
