A simple pulley. Spins well with PLA.
Update: Version one, the chain jumped off on my daughter and the axle broke while she was putting the chain back on. So, Version 2 has a pulley half the thickness. The shorter axle should be stronger. And I've added a spring chain retainer to prevent the chain from jumping off the pulley.
