Pumpy the Younger

Another oil pump. Better version than the last one. This one should work with 3/4" PVC electrical conduit and female threaded adapters. Use conduit threaded adapters, the threads are not tapered in these as they are in water pipe. Regular water line PVC female threaded adapters work fine. Also this version only needs a cross hole to attach the piston to the end of the 1/4" rod.

You'll need:

3/4 PVC Shc 40
2x 3/4 Female threaded adapters
1/4" steel rod- ground or polished (Or 6mm if using that version)
1/8" or 3mm packing string (Cotton string may work) for the packing gland
20mm x 2mm O-Ring for hose barb fitting
3x 21mm x 2mm O-ring for piston
2x 30mm x 3mm O-ring for top and bottom
1/4" shaft collar to preload spring (or 6mm if using that version)
Spring for valve - something just over 10mm ID, with a few pounds of force. Can be adjusted some by position of shaft collar
5/8 or 16mm steel ball for intake valve
2x 1/8 or 3mm screws to use as cross pins on piston and ha
