3D Push Block for wood working.
Print all parts. Only the Main Body need supports in the hex area. All other parts print with no supports if oriented properly.
Glue 1/4"-20 nuts into the hex openings on the main body & skinny legs. I used Hillman brand nuts and screws purchased at HomeDepot. The nuts are 0.185" thick. Glue something very grippy to the bottom of the Center Legs and skinny legs. I used Drywall sanding pads and super glue.
Main Body = 1
Center Leg=1
Leg=2
Handle=1
Oval Washer=4
ThumbScrew=2
Push Heal = Optional
Print Settings:

2 Top
2 Bottom
