Push Pin Hook

Here is a wall hook set Works off of a standard push pin. Simply put the pin in the wall install the hooks and hang something. Warning don't hang anything more than what a push pin can hold! I used to use to hang up most of my RC airplanes that are less than 3 pounds. This makes it a lot easier than hanging it off the push pin by itself.

Update March 30th 2019: make sure to change your print settings to 100% infill. I just had one of my airplanes fall off because I didn't have enough strength within to the hook. it was a heavier airplane I should have known better.
