Putty Knife Protector

Looking for a better tool for removing prints from the 3D printer, I thought a medium sized flexible putty knife that was sharpened might be good if used bevel-down. I purchased a 1 1/4" Warner putty knife and ground a bevel on one side. It works great on non-tape surfaces, but it's crazy sharp and I'm nervous transporting it. So I thought I'd print a cover for it.

My Monoprice Mini Delta printer tends to print undersized (I'm thinking it doesn't take PLA shrinkage into account in the firmware) so I adjusted in the design. So you may need to increase the size by 2-3%.

This friction fits onto the tip of the knife just fine. The print in the pictures is a bit ugly but this was a test print and it's functional.
