Pythagoras 3D tree

I wanted to show my daughter the fun of math because she was introduced to pythagoras in school. I think the 3D version adds something to the existing examples. Added a 2D flat version, which solves the support requirement for the original "2D" version. The flat edition is an easy print anyway.

All versions have slight overlap for the cubes, so that the print stays together.
