Qidi XMax3 Filament Sensor Insert

This is an option for "fixing" the Qidi Xmax3 filament runout sensor. Over time, the factory sensor gets damaged by the constant movement of the filament. It makes the exit hole larger allowing the switch to open even when filament is still flowing through the sensor.

The model replaces the small exit hole with a 6mm hole that allows a 6mm x 6mm threaded insert (M4 screw size) to be heat sunk into the hole location.

You will need to take the filament runout sensor off and remove 2 screws to remove the old insert. Once the new part is printed, and the M4 6mm insert is in place, simply reinstall the new part in the same location as the old.
