This is quick clamp for aircraft strut made of bbq wood skewer. Clamp has a thread for bolt mounting. The thickness of the skewer is about 3mm. Part of the stick is used as a cotter for attaching the skewer. Now you can quickly attach\detach the wing to the plane and quickly replace it if you break the skewer.
