Simple solution for sealing face of brick with watertight housing using screwdriver clips molded into housing as one piece and using a 5~8mm silicone gasket. Similar to sump pump submerged control housing cover already proven to work in the field. Approximately 3,000 sq mm gasket face with gasket density of 15 would require about 68 pounds of force to snap on the housing. (17 lbs per clip) Figures represent a full face gasket which can be reduced if needed to cut down on force required to snap it on. High tech foams are available with much better performance ratings at a higher cost of course as well as adhesives and sealants which would further increase performance if a lighter weight foam gasket were desired.
