Quick-print Tie-down Strap

Quick-print tie-down strap using filament as the strap. Use PETG filament for the strap, as it is more durable than PLA. While the filament strap can be reused multiple times, it warps and eventually break. Replace with a new segment of filament when the strap is too worn.
