Random Password Generator

This is to help someone to come up with their own password utilizing two sliders. This is supposed to be used with the Cesar Shift Cipher style password. The Cesar Shift Cipher style is based on laying out the alphabet along with numbers and symbols then you line it up with another set the same style but shifted to the left or right a certain amount of spaces. However you can decide what you want to do with it or how you want to use it.
