This case was designed for the Raspberry Pi 3 but should also work for the Raspberry Pi 2 and Raspberry Pi Zero.
Another feature of this case is that it is a no screw design, meaning all you need to do is print the two main parts and you are good to go.
The Raspberry Pi logo acts as a vent above the main CPU on the board while the rear slots provide sufficient cooling for the other components on the Pi. The only time heating may be a problem is if you plan on overclocking your Pi (in which case you would need to add a CPU fan.)
The long open slot along the raspberry logo is to allow for external connections on the pins to accommodate for whatever projects you have your Pi hooked up to.
