Layered cases for both Raspberry Pi3A+ and Pi3B+
Multiple layers cut from 3mm MDF (I use the boards with white on one side) Can use 3mm acrylic too or any cut-able 3mm material that would work. You may want to mirror the top you want for transparent acrylic if you want the text on the inside.
Main file has all the case layers numbered from 1 (bottom) upward, facing up.
Tops file has a range of different tops depending on what IO ports you need exposed.
Separate Files for A+ and B+ designs.
Design has cutouts for 15x15mm heatsinks on the CPU and Memory chips, Place for a small 30x30mm 5v fan. I mounted my fan to pull air out of the case. design has path for the air to flow in over the wifi chip and through the CPU heatsink then out.
Layer # 8 has a gap for the power wires to the fan to be hidden inside, especially if you use a top with no GPIO access.
Raspberry Pi PCB sits inside Layer #2 - sandwiched between #1 & #3.
Mounting uses M2.5x30 bolts - or longer if you want
