Based on the idea of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1541368 which didn't work for me. (Positioning of components on the board may have changed. I have the adafruit pi camera v2.1)
Created this from scratch with the mount holding the camera solely by friction, and it fits TIGHT. I also made channels for the LED lighting on both sides so it can be mounted in either front corner. Angled at 25°. Ask and I'll upload other angles, or link to the fusion360 souce.
Mounted to UM2+ with double-stick tape or glue-dots, this is holding strong. I printed mine with clear PLA so lights can shine through
