This was made for the Raspberry Pi Camera V2.0. It might fit V1.0 if they have the same dimensions and hole positions.
Mount clips to the Y axis carriage. The 5mm spacer is used to give enough clearance for the camera mount to clip to the carriage, without interfering with the level adjuster.
